Payment details entered at checkout are handled by the payment method or provider you select. We receive the information needed to confirm and manage the transaction; the information available to us depends on that provider. We do not ask you to send full payment card numbers by email or through the contact form.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate the Site, maintain accounts and carts, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide order updates.
  • Respond to questions, handle returns or refunds, and provide customer support.
  • Publish and manage reviews or other content you choose to submit.
  • Send promotional email when you subscribe or when otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.
  • Understand Site performance, improve products and shopping experiences, and measure advertising effectiveness.
  • Detect fraud, protect the Site and our customers, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the basis that fits the activity: performance of a contract for orders and accounts; legitimate interests for customer service, security, and improving our business where those interests are not overridden by your rights; consent where required for marketing or non-essential tracking; and legal obligation for records and lawful requests. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

3. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

We use necessary cookies for functions such as the cart, checkout, and account sign-in. The Site also uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and, where permitted, support relevant ads. Information collected through the Pixel may include your device identifiers and interactions with the Site. Analytics or other optional tools may be used if enabled.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect the cart or checkout. To ask us to stop advertising-related sharing associated with your information, use the opt-out method in Section 8.

Depending on applicable privacy law, making information available to an advertising partner through a pixel may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. See Section 8 for opt-out options.

If the business is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. We do not disclose your information to third parties for their own unrelated email marketing. Third-party services and websites linked from or embedded in the Site may handle information under their own privacy policies.

5. Reviews and customized products

If you submit a review, its text, display name, and any photo you attach may appear publicly on the Site. Please avoid including information you do not want others to see. If you upload a photo for a customized product, we use it to prepare, fulfill, and support that order and share it with production partners when necessary. Photos may contain embedded location or other metadata; consider removing that metadata before uploading.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete, de-identify, or securely retain it where law requires. Our retention decisions depend on the category and purpose:

For a retention question about your information, contact us using the details in Section 12.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including countries where our service providers operate. Where required for an international transfer, we use a lawful transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; obtain a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. You can contact us first so we can try to address your concern.

9. Additional information for California residents

If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, applies to us and to your information, you may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information; opt out of its sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal treatment when exercising those rights. The categories in Section 1 describe the types of information collected through the Site, and Sections 2–4 explain the purposes, sources, and recipient categories. In the preceding 12 months, our Site may have disclosed the categories described in Section 1 to the corresponding recipients in Section 4 for business purposes. Advertising-related device and activity information may be shared with Meta through the Meta Pixel, subject to applicable choices. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

We use payment and address information to complete orders, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations; we do not use it to infer sensitive characteristics. The retention criteria for each category are described in Section 6. To exercise California rights, use the contact and opt-out methods in Section 8. If a request is denied, you may contact us to ask for an explanation or appeal where applicable.

10. Children

The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete it as required by law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
