Flower 6-piece coaster set by DOTZSO — a single bloom captured fully open in blush and coral petals. The petal transitions use three close shades in sequence, which is what gives the bloom volume instead of a flat outline. It is made for households that want the table to look deliberate rather than decorated. The pack contains everything, starting with the printed canvas, anti-slip cork-backed coasters, holder and DOTZSO resin drills, tray, pen, wax and instructions.

Why This Flower Set Earns Its Place on the Table

A Flower study built on a single bloom captured fully open, petals layered from tight centre to relaxed outer edge, with two leaves framing the stem. The palette stays in blush and coral petals with fresh green stems against a soft cream ground, and the piece keeps a gentle and bright register throughout. A single flower shot through with graded colour does more for a small wall than a busy bouquet. It suits a table that gets used every evening and hosts at weekends. Designed for bedrooms and quiet morning spaces, it holds up as decor rather than as something you finish and put in a drawer. Reference BD056. A single flower shot through with graded colour does more for a small wall than a busy bouquet.

a single flower shot through with graded colour does more for a small wall than a busy bouquet. It is why the piece settles into bedrooms and quiet morning spaces without needing the rest of the scheme to match it.

A DOTZSO kit is designed so the making is restful and the finished piece earns its place in the room. Alongside the canvas you get DOTZSO resin drills, a sorting tray, a comfort-grip applicator pen, a wax caddy and pictorial instructions.

What makes this a working set rather than a display piece is underneath – a cork backing that takes the moisture before it reaches the furniture.

Matched drills across all 6 pieces mean the set looks deliberate when stacked or spread out.

What’s in the Box

  • 6 × anti-slip coaster with cork-backed base
  • 1 × display holder / stand
  • DOTZSO signature resin drills, sorted by colour (with extra drills included)
  • Diamond painting tray
  • Comfort-grip applicator pen
  • Wax caddy
  • Pictorial step-by-step instructions

How to Make It

  1. Unroll the canvas on a flat surface and let it settle under something weighted if it has been rolled tight.
  2. Find the legend strip and match the first symbol to its drill colour.
  3. Press the pen tip into the wax caddy, then touch it to a drill – the drill lifts and stays on the tip.
  4. Set the drill onto the matching printed symbol and press lightly. Work one coaster at a time rather than moving across the whole set.
  5. Complete all coasters, then press each finished surface flat with a book for an hour to seat every drill.
  6. Finally, leave the set on the table for a few hours before first use so the drills settle fully.

Finish the set at an easy pace, then leave it on the table rather than boxing it up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the coaster set complete, or is the base sold separately?

Yes. The Flower coaster set ships complete with the stand shown in the product images, so the coasters have somewhere to live when they are not in use, plus the DOTZSO resin drills, tray, applicator pen, wax caddy and pictorial instructions. Nothing else needs sourcing. Reference BD056.

Is the Flower coaster set durable enough to actually use?

Once the drills are seated and the surface is sealed, the Flower design holds under normal use. The cork-backed base is what stops condensation reaching the table, and the sealing step is the single biggest factor in how long the finish lasts. Nothing in the Flower assembly works loose under normal handling.

How do I keep the Flower coaster set in good order?

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not submerge them or put them through a dishwasher — the adhesive layer under the drills is not built for a soak. For the Flower palette, blush and coral petals tones show dust less than pale grounds, so a light pass is usually enough. Avoid dishwashers entirely for the Flower piece.

Is the whole Flower surface drilled, or only the subject?

The drilled finish and palette are matched across the whole set, but each coaster carries its own printed motif. The Flower artwork is drawn so that a single bloom captured fully open reads clearly at any distance. Nothing on the Flower face is left as plain surface.

How long does it take to work the Flower design?

Roughly 30 to 45 minutes each for most people, so a full set is a few evenings rather than one sitting. The Flower design is gentle and bright, which tends to make it easier to work in short sessions. Progress on the Flower piece is visibly steady.

Would the Flower project suit a first-timer?

Yes. The symbol key is printed directly on the cork-backed base and the pictorial instructions walk through the whole process, so no prior diamond painting experience is needed. The Flower layout is gentle and bright, which helps on a first attempt. Everything ships together in one box.

  1. Charles K. –

Bought a set to use at our lake house and ended up making all eight. The fall pattern is what drew me in and it didn’t disappoint. Finish is even and the whole thing looks tidy once you’re done. It’s a slow, quiet hobby and I like that about it. My friends all want one now. I wish the printed legend was a little bigger. Good kit overall, just a couple of small things.

This was my first diamond painting kit and I’m officially hooked. The edges are finished cleanly, no rough spots. This is the kind of craft that’s genuinely calming after a hectic day. Instructions were pretty minimal, though there are plenty of tutorials online. Still worth it overall.

These little coasters are the perfect size for a quick project. The holder is sturdy enough that I actually keep them in it. One of the 6 coasters had a slightly off-center print. I do it at the kitchen table while dinner simmers. Great value for what you get. Would order again despite the small issues.

Picked this up because I wanted a hobby that didn’t involve a screen. The drills were sorted into clearly marked bags, which saved a lot of time. A really enjoyable way to pass a rainy afternoon. They’re a bit smaller than I pictured for a large tumbler. Overall happy, just a few small things.

I saw this on the shop page and couldn’t talk myself out of it. Packaging was tidy and nothing had spilled in transit. I worked on it a little each evening and it added up quickly. A couple of the darker shades were hard to tell apart in low light. They’ve replaced the store-bought ones entirely. Good enough that I’d buy another.

Got these for the kitchen table and they look so cute. They’re a hit whenever we have people over. Shipping took a few days longer than I expected. Still a solid purchase.

I’ve bought from this shop a few times now and this is another good one. The flower detail is impressive up close. The wax and pen that came with it worked fine right out of the box. Did most of it over a long weekend and it was such a pleasant way to pass the time. A couple of the darker shades were hard to tell apart. Made a set for my book club and everyone wanted the link. Worth buying, just plan for those small quirks.

These little coasters are the perfect size for a quick project. The cork keeps them from sticking to the table when there’s condensation. It’s the kind of project that feels creative without being stressful. I’d have liked a slightly longer chart, but it was workable. Still glad I ordered it overall.

My third kit from this shop and still really pleased. Nice thickness – not the flimsy cardboard kind. I found it really peaceful to focus on one small area at a time. I bring them out for guests and always get asked about them. If you like autumn designs, this is a good one to go for. The holder doesn’t match the coasters exactly in finish. Still a solid purchase.

These are my go-to when I want a small craft that still feels rewarding. Each one took me a weekend to finish, quicker than I expected. Some colors had very few spare drills. The bloom detail is impressive up close. I keep it by my chair and pick it up whenever I have a few minutes. Still glad I ordered it overall.

I bought this to fill the gap between bigger projects. They’ve survived a house full of guests without a mark. The wax was a little stiff at first. The floral detail is impressive up close. Happy enough that I’d buy another.

  12. Aurora Coles (verified owner) –

Bought this as a birthday present to myself. The drills are uniform and sit flat with no gaps. A few drills were stuck together and needed separating. I worked on it a little each evening and it added up quickly. Happy with it, with one small caveat.

  13. Nikki Herring (verified owner) –

Our old coasters were scratched up, so this was an easy upgrade. The cork is dense, not the crumbly kind that sheds. I did a section a night and looked forward to it each time. They’re a bit smaller than I pictured for a large tumbler. They look lovely stacked in the holder on the coffee table. Still glad I ordered it overall.

  14. Pamela C. (verified owner) –

Ordered on a Monday, had it by the weekend. Cork on the bottom plus the drill top makes them feel solid. The pen and wax worked fine, I didn’t need to dig out my own tools. I did this with my roommate on the weekends and we both got into it. They look lovely stacked in the holder on the coffee table. Took me a while to get the hang of the multi-placer tip. Happy with it, with a few caveats.

Perfect little kit – not overwhelming like a full canvas. It turned into something I actually want to display, not shove in a drawer. Wish the cork backing were a touch thicker. Would order again despite the small issues.

Was looking for a small diamond art project and these nailed it. They’ve replaced the store-bought ones entirely. The set is eight, which is more than I strictly needed. Small issues, but nothing that would stop me ordering again.

I made one the first night just to see how it went, then did the rest over the week. The adhesive is plenty sticky, the drills stay exactly where I put them. The edges could be sealed a bit better for daily use. Really relaxing to do in the evening instead of scrolling. Everyone who visits picks one up to look at it. Still worth it overall.

Ordered it after seeing one a friend finished, and I get the appeal now. The drills clicked into place without needing much pressure. Some colors had very few spare drills. A useful gift that people actually keep out. A solid purchase with a couple of notes.

Was looking for a small diamond art project and these nailed it. The finish is even across the whole piece. They’re a bit smaller than I pictured for a large tumbler. It’s a calm, repetitive hobby and that’s exactly what I wanted. Still a solid purchase.

Ordered this after seeing it on a friend’s shelf. The cork backing is a nice touch, they don’t slide around on the table. I got through it faster than I thought I would. The tray included is on the small side. The floral artwork comes together beautifully as you work. Made a set for my sister and now she wants more. Good kit overall, just a couple of small things.

Ordered two kits, this was the one I finished first. They look great on the sideboard and are genuinely useful. They’re a bit small for a large tumbler. Good enough that I’d buy another.

I’ve bought from this shop a few times now and this is another good one. They wipe clean easily, which matters with kids around. Would make a really nice gift, and it arrives boxed nicely. Some colors came with barely any extras, though I didn’t run out. The floral artwork comes together beautifully as you work. A solid purchase with a couple of notes.

I wanted coasters that didn’t look like everyone else’s and these fit. Going to order a few more for Christmas presents. I’d have liked a few more spare drills in the pale colors. Would buy again; the notes are minor.

Bought this to do with my daughter on rainy days. Nice thickness – not the flimsy cardboard kind. I do a section a night with a podcast on. One of the 6 coasters had a slightly off-center print. Minor things, but I’d still buy it again.

Been doing these for about two years and this kit is solid. The bloom subject matter is right up my street. Colors are distinct enough that I never mixed two shades up. Quiet Sunday mornings with this and a coffee is my favorite part of the week. The colors work together better than I expected. One color had a couple of misshapen drills, but spares covered it. Happy with it despite the small stuff.

So glad I added this one to my cart. The drills sit nice and flush, no gaps showing the surface underneath. Some colors had very few spare drills. It’s my screen-free hour in the evening. A solid purchase with a couple of notes.

These are my favorite style of kit to give away. They sit by the coffee maker and get used constantly. I’d prefer slightly thicker cork on the base. Happy with it, with one small caveat.

So glad I added this one to my cart. It turned out better than I pictured. The holder is a little loose, the coasters rattle when you move it. Would still recommend it.

These are my go-to when I want a small craft that still feels rewarding. Good weight to the materials, it doesn’t feel cheap. Only small gripe is that a few drills had little burrs on them. It fits perfectly with the decor in the dining room. Still a solid purchase.

Bought these to have on hand for last-minute hostess gifts. The instructions were short but covered everything I needed. The bloom pattern is what made me choose this one. I worked through it over several quiet evenings. Everyone who sees it asks where it came from. The pen that came with it is a bit flimsy, I swapped in my own. Small issues, but nothing that would stop me ordering again.
