About This Delicious Food Design
This one works a spread of dessert items plated together, with glazed surfaces, layered fillings and sprinkle detail across the arrangement into a Delicious Food composition, coloured in rich berry, cream and chocolate tones with bright accent colours. The effect is indulgent and playful and unfussy. Dessert imagery suits kitchens and cafes — it is decorative and immediately readable. It suits makers who would rather build a piece of decor than buy one. Designed for kitchens and dining areas, it holds up as decor rather than as something you finish and put in a drawer. Reference Q4986-Q4991. The glazed surfaces use brighter drills than the surrounding forms, which is what makes them look wet rather than matte That is the detail that separates this from a generic Delicious Food print.
dessert imagery suits kitchens and cafes — it is decorative and immediately readable. The indulgent colouring is what allows it to sit in kitchens and dining areas without dominating.
A DOTZSO kit is put together so the process stays unhurried and the finished canvas is worth framing. Along with the canvas come DOTZSO resin drills, a sorting tray, a comfort-grip applicator pen, a wax caddy and pictorial steps.
A good canvas print is half the finished result. This one is produced so the symbols stay legible through a long project rather than fading at the edges.
Supplied as 6 separate canvases, so the set can be worked one design at a time.

What’s in the Box
- 6 × colour-printed canvas
- DOTZSO signature resin drills, sorted by colour (with extra drills included)
- Diamond painting tray
- Comfort-grip applicator pen
- Wax caddy
- Pictorial step-by-step instructions
How to Make It
- Unroll the canvas on a flat surface and let it settle under something weighted if it has been rolled tight.
- Find the legend strip and match the first symbol to its drill colour.
- Press the pen tip into the wax caddy, then touch it to a drill – the drill lifts and stays on the tip.
- Set the drill onto the matching printed symbol and press lightly. Work one colour block at a time rather than jumping around the canvas.
- Continue until the design is complete, then press the finished surface flat with a book for an hour to seat every drill.
- Seat the canvas in its frame, or store it flat, once the surface has been pressed.
Work through it colour by colour, then frame the canvas and hang it where it gets seen.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the diamond painting kit include the display stand as well?
Yes. The Delicious Food diamond painting kit ships complete with everything shown in the product images, so there is nothing else to source, plus the DOTZSO resin drills, tray, applicator pen, wax caddy and pictorial instructions. Nothing else needs sourcing. Reference Q4986-Q4991.
Does the Delicious Food diamond painting kit need careful handling to stay intact?
Once the drills are seated and the surface is sealed, the Delicious Food design holds under normal use. The sealed surface handles normal handling, and the sealing step is the single biggest factor in how long the finish lasts. It is a working finish rather than a display-only one.
How do I keep the Delicious Food diamond painting kit free of dust?
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not submerge it or put it through a dishwasher — the adhesive layer under the drills is not built for a soak. For the Delicious Food palette, rich berry, cream and chocolate tones tones show dust less than pale grounds, so a light pass is usually enough. Keep the Delicious Food piece away from standing water.
Does the Delicious Food design use drills throughout?
The round resin drills are colour-sorted and matched to the printed symbol key. The Delicious Food artwork is drawn so that a spread of dessert items plated together reads clearly at any distance. Every section of the Delicious Food design carries drills.
Is the Delicious Food design a slow build or a fast finish?
Plan for two to four evenings, depending on the size of the canvas. The Delicious Food design is indulgent and playful, which tends to make it easier to work in short sessions. Progress on the Delicious Food piece is visibly steady.
How much practice does the Delicious Food diamond painting kit need?
Yes. The symbol key is printed directly on the canvas and the pictorial instructions walk through the whole process, so no prior diamond painting experience is needed. The Delicious Food layout is indulgent and playful, which helps on a first attempt. There is no follow-up order to make.
