Q: Where can I find the diamond painting instructions?

A: Your diamond painting kit will include the canvas, diamond applicator (pen), wax, and tray.     Take all items out of the packaging.

  • Place the canvas on a clean, flat surface. You'll notice a chart printed directly on the canvas with symbols corresponding to numbered diamond colors. You need to match the diamonds of the corresponding color to the symbols and place them on the canvas accordingly.
  • Choose a single color of diamonds to start. Pour a small amount of diamonds into the tray. If you hold it at a slight angle and gently shake it back and forth, the diamonds will settle face-up, making them easy to pick up correctly with the applicator.
  • Peel back a small section of the plastic film to work on at a time. Working on one small section at a time is best and easiest. It's important to keep the canvas covered when you're not working.
  • The pink square included in the kit is wax. Peel off the clear plastic covering the wax, then dip the tip of the applicator into the wax to fill it.
  • You can then pick up diamonds, as they easily stick to the tip of the applicator. Once picked up, carefully press the diamond onto the corresponding symbol on the canvas.
  • If the pen seems to stop picking up diamonds, always remember to add a little more wax.

Repeat this process until you're finished!
